What remains when the light goes out?
Sometimes, to understand the light, you need to stare into the dark for a moment.
Imagine two figures standing at a high window, looking down at a chaotic city. One is amused. The other is concerned.
📖…..
What can you see?
A room as dark as their soul, nothingness displayed in monarchial parade.
Fellowship with numbness, salt and sin made brethren.
Echoes of uncouth voices, archaic morals preached the umpteenth time.
Drowned in despondency, pleasure and pain alike.
Freshness of air pure as evil, primitive tales turned the new normal.
Peace as far as home, Love and hate entwined.
Bloodthirsty minors savaging, sons of death and life in pejorative romance.
Malady now worthy as wholeness, doctors and patients made equal.
That's what I see sir, I see pleasure birthing its fruits. *smirks*
What would you say to these young ones?
Don't be a part of this madness. Find Christ early and never let Him go! Otherwise, you would wind up like your ‘uncle’, who couldn’t keep his place in heaven.

Chaos is easy to fall into. But peace? Peace is a deliberate choice. Don't wait until you are drifting to find your anchor.
